培育当代中国工匠精神的困境与思考

Challenges and Thoughts on Cultivating Contemporary Chinese Craftsmanship Spirit

近年来,在全社会弘扬和培育工匠精神已经成为一种广泛的社会共识。随着社会各界对此问题的关注和各类实践活动的开展,一大批具有精益求精、爱岗敬业精神的中国工匠涌现了出来。然而培育新时期工匠精神的瓶颈也日益显现,问题主要存在于三方面:第一,人们对"工匠"与"工匠精神"的认识尚存在偏差;第二,工业化分工过细,导致人的片面发展;第三,理念教育的缺失。针对以上问题,提出四条培育当代工匠精神的有效途径:一是做好宣传工作,营造社会氛围;二是加强工匠精神的文化内涵建设;三是重新认识新时代工匠群体;四是完善职业教育体制。

In recent years, it has been a broad social consensus to promote and cultivate the spirit of artisans over the whole society. With the attention of all sectors of the society to this issue and the development of various practical activities, a large number of Chinese artisans with the spirit of excellence and professionalism have emerged. However,the bottleneck of cultivating the craftsman spirit in the new era is also gradually apparent, mainly in three aspects:firstly, people’s understanding of the "craftsman" and the "craftsman spirit" are still biased;secondly, division of industry is too narrow, resulting in unbalanced development of people;thirdly, ideological education lacks. In view of the above problems, four effective ways to cultivate the spirit of contemporary artisans are proposed: firstly, to do a good job of propaganda and create social atmosphere;secondly, to strengthen the construction of the cultural connotation of the craftsman spirit;thirdly, to recognize the craftsman group in the new era;last but not least, to improve the vocational education system.
