摘要
通过对盐93166、C2-2和盐麦3号在盐土和脱盐土环境种植,研究土壤盐胁迫对大麦株高、穗长、实粒数、千粒质量、蛋白质含量和淀粉含量的影响。结果表明,土壤盐胁迫环境下,大麦株高、穗长、实粒数和淀粉含量呈下降趋势,其中盐93166和C2-2株高下降显著(P<0.05),盐麦3号穗长下降显著(P<0.05);大麦千粒质量和蛋白质含量呈上升趋势,其中C2-2和盐麦3号千粒质量上升显著(P<0.05),盐93166和盐麦3号蛋白质含量上升显著(P<0.05)。
The three barley varieties Yan 93166,C2-2,and Yanmai 3 were planted in saline soils and desalted soils to study the effects of soil salt on the plant height,spike length,the number of filled grains per panicle,1000-grain-weight,protein content,and starch content of barley.The results showed that the plant height,spike length,the number of filled grains per panicle,and starch content of barley all decreased under salt stress;especially,the plant heights of Yan 93166 and C2-2 fell significantly(P<0.05),and the spike length of Yanmai 3 declined significantly(P<0.05).On the other hand,the 1000-grain-weight and protein content of barley increased significantly under salt stress;among the three varieties,C2-2 and Yanmai 3 showed a significant increase in 1000-grain-quality,and Yan 93166 and Yanmai 3 had a significant rise in protein content.
