黑龙江省在东北亚区域合作中的新进展与新机遇

New Progress and New Opportunities for Heilongjiang Province’s Integration into Northeast Asia Regional Cooperation

近年来,黑龙江省积极参与“一带一路”建设和“中蒙俄经济走廊”建设,提出“一个窗口、四个区”的新一轮对外开放政策,打造跨境合作新高地。随着中俄两国新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系的建立,中国(黑龙江)自由贸易试验区刚刚挂牌,黑河、同江两座跨境桥梁同年合龙,一系列新的机遇为黑龙江省深度融入东北亚区域合作带来强劲动力。黑龙江省应充分利用区位优势,积极挖掘合作潜力,利用“西通欧洲、东出海”的国际大通道,实现与域内国家的充分合作发展。

In recent years,Heilongjiang Province has actively participated in the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,and proposed a new opening-up policy of“one window,four districts”to create a new highland for cross-border cooperation.With the establishment of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era,China(Heilongjiang)Free Trade Experiment Zone has just been inaugurated,and two cross-border Bridges,Heihe and Tongjiang,have been linked in the same year.Heilongjiang province should make full use of its geographical advantages,actively tap its cooperation potential,and make use of the international channel “connecting Europe in the west and going to sea in the east”to realize full cooperation and development with countries in the region.
