皖南事变后新四军的正规化建设——以五师为例

The Regularization Construction of the New 4th Army after the Southern Anhui Incident:A Case Study of the 5th Division

皖南事变后,中共中央要求全体八路军、新四军实施正规化建设。抗战初期,中共在鄂豫边区为扩大抗日武装力量,接收了包含地方游击队、国民党溃散部队、新兵及反正伪军等各方人员参加新四军。但兵员迅速扩充后,部队各项建设难免出现了相对滞后的局面,存在政治教育不到位、本位主义、游击习气及军阀作风等问题。1941年2月新四军第五师正式建军,之后即从政治思想建设、党的组织建设、军事建设等方面入手,对部队实施正规化建设。经历正规化建设的五师,内能安定根据地,外能打击日伪军,为抗日战争的胜利作出了卓越贡献。

After the Southern Anhui Incident,the CCP Central Committee called for the 8th Road Army and the New 4th Army to enforce the regularization construction.At the beginning of the Anti-Japanese war,the expansion of the Anti-Japanese armed force is the major task of the CCP,therefore,The New 4th Army received many militant groups,including the local guerrilla forces,the scattered soldiers of the Chinese Kuomintang,the new recruits and the puppet soldiers etc.Under the conditions of new era,the armed forces construction,the armed forces construction of the New 4th Army would be affected.Sectionalism,bad guerrilla habit,warlord style and the lack of political education appeared in the New 4th Army.In February,1941,during the early stage of the army building,the 5th Division of the New 4th Army set out to consolidate the regular construction in the political and ideological construction,the Party’s organization construction and the military construction etc.After the regularization construction,the 5th Division of the New 4th Army could effectively exert the positive influence on the steadiness and expansion of the Base and could forcefully strike the Japanese Soldiers and Puppet Soldiers.In general,the 5th Division had made an important contribution to the victory of Anti-Japanese War.
