SuperPATH微创全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的短期疗效观察

Short-term curative effect observation of SuperPATH minimally invasive hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients

目的:观察SuperPATH微创全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的短期临床疗效。方法:选择40例GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型老年股骨颈骨折病人进行临床随机对照研究。按入院先后顺序,依次分入观察组和对照组。其中,观察组20例,采用SuperPATH微创全髋关节置换术;对照组20例,采用常规后外侧入路全髋关节置换术,比较2组短期临床疗效。结果:2组病人术后6个月内均未发生脱位、假体周围骨折和感染等并发症。观察组的切口长度更短,术中出血量更少,且术后7 d、1个月和3个月髋关节Harris评分均高于对照组(P<0.01),2组在手术时间、术后髋关节影像学评价以及术后6个月髋关节Harris评分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SuperPATH微创全髋关节置换具有切口小,术中出血少,术后恢复快的优势,能够促进病人术后的快速康复。

Objective:To observe the short-term curative effects of SuperPATH minimally invasive hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients.Methods:Forty GradenⅢ,Ⅳfemoral neck fracture elderly patients were enrolled in a randomized controlled study.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the observation group and control group(20 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with SuperPATH minimally invasive hip arthroplasty,The short-term curative effect was compared between two groups.Results:No complications such as dislocation,periprosthetic fracture and infection occurred in both groups within 6 months after surgery.The incision length and intraoperative hemorrhage in observation group were less than those in control group,and the Harris hip scores in observation group after 7 days,1 and 2 months of operation were higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The differences of the operation time,postoperative hip imaging evaluation and Harris score of hip after 6 months of operation were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The SuperPATH minimally invasive hip arthroplasty has small incision,less intraoperative bleeding and rapid postoperative recovery.
