摘要
文章通过测试、问卷调查与访谈法筛选出32名单纯性肥胖女大学生,将其随机分为实验组(每周4次,每次90min)和对照组(日常行走坐卧,无额外增加运动量),同时监控两组的睡眠与饮食保持在实验先前水平;通过16周的八段锦练习,分别对其实验前、后的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等16项指标进行对比分析。研究发现:16周的八段锦功法练习对肥胖女大学生的体质健康有良好的促进作用,其中具有显著效果的指标如下,身体形态指标:BMI、上胸围、腰围;身体机能指标:肺活量;身体素质指标:50m、800M、仰卧起坐。
Thirty-two female college students with pure obesity were selected by means of tests,questionnaires and interviews.They were randomly divided into experimental group(four times a week,90 minutes each time)and control group(daily walking,sitting and lying,without additional exercise).At the same time,the sleep and diet of the two groups were monitored and maintained at the prior level of the experiment.Through 16 weeks of Baduanjin exercise,the body shape,physical function and physical fitness before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.Sixteen indexes,such as body shape,body function and physical fitness,were compared and analyzed.The study found that the 16-week Baduanjin exercise had a good effect on the physical health of obese female college students.The following indicators had significant effects:body shape indicators:BMI,upper chest circumference,waist circumference;body function indicators:vital capacity;physical fitness indicators:50m,800M,sit-ups.
