舞狮运动是我国民族传统体育项目中的一项重要运动,它有着特别的地位和悠久的历史。古往今来,中国舞狮运动与中国传统文化有着密不可分的关系,中华武术、中国传统节日、中国民俗文化、中国传统哲学思想等在促进舞狮运动的发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。对此,首先对舞狮运动的发展历程及现状进行论述,其次介绍了舞狮运动的作用与价值,最后重点剖析了中国传统文化对舞狮运动的影响。

Lion dance has a long history and plays an important role in traditional national sports in China.From beginning to end,lion dance in China is closely related to Chinese traditional culture.Chinese martial arts,Chinese traditional festivals,Chinese folk culture and Chinese traditional philosophy play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of lion dance.In this regard,this paper first discusses the development process and current situation of lion dance,then introduces the role and value of lion dance,and finally focuses on the impact of Chinese traditional culture on lion dance.
