摘要
文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以体育游戏兴趣为研究视角,对小学生的身心发展进行深入探究。剖析了小学生所在年龄段的生理与心理特征,梳理了体育游戏兴趣具有广泛性与倾向性、持久性与效果性的特征,进一步寻求两者之间的契合点与相通点,为探究体育游戏兴趣对小学生身心发展的有利影响奠定了坚实的理论基础,进而凸显出小学生因体育游戏兴趣所带来的生理与心理两方面的有利影响。故此,为现代体育课程的建设与改革提供了新的路径选择。
The paper uses literature method,logic analysis method and other research methods,takes the interest of sports games as the research perspective,and makes an in-depth exploration of the physical and mental development of primary school students.This paper analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the age group of primary school students,combs out the characteristics of wide-ranging and tendentious,persistent and effective sports game interests,and further seeks the connection and common point between them,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for exploring the beneficial influence of sports game interest on the physical and mental development of primary school students.Then it highlights the physical and psychological beneficial effects of primary school students'interest in sports games.Therefore,it provides a new path choice for the construction and reform of modern physical education curriculum.
