叙事医学在医患关系研究中的应用推广,业已成为医学人文研究的前沿课题。科研人员在医疗现场参与观察,在对医护及病患人员的深度访谈中采集记录口述信息,将其规范化整理后,形成能反映医患双方内心世界的叙事文本用于相关研究。以往叙事文本的研究,偏重对病患人员所反映情况的收集整理,而对医患双方病痛叙事的人文特征的挖掘分析,可以探索医患互动中话语转化可能带来的负面张力以及纠纷形成机制。对病痛叙事的人文特征的全面认识和合理利用,既能促进叙事医学的理论方法在医患关系研究中发挥积极作用,也能为相关医疗管理制度建设提供对策咨询。究中发挥积极作用,也能为相关医疗管理制度建设提供对策咨询。

Narrative medicine has become a preeminent subject of humanistic studies on doctor-patient relationship.In its application,researchers make participatory observations at the very site of medical practice,conduct in-depth interviews with the medical workers and patients to obtain first-hand information,which they will render into useful textual forms or narrative texts that are helpful to reveal what the interviewees have in their minds.Previous studies on the narrative laid emphasis on the patients experiences but paid little attention to what the medical workers had to say.An analysis of the pain narratives from both may allow researchers to explore the negative tension that is brought about by the interactions between the doctor and the patient,thus bringing into light the mechanism that produces doctor-patient disputes.A full recognition of the humanistic features of the pain narrative and its rational use will not only promote the application of the theory and methodology of narrative medicine in researches on doctor-patient relationship,but also provide clues for policy-making in the construction of a more salient medical administration system.
