时空之流的个人记忆——冯友兰、金岳霖、钱穆以西南联大为中心的回忆录

Personal Memory of the Stream of Time and Space——Memories of Feng Youlan, Jin Yuelin and Qian Mao about the Southwest United University

在20世纪80年代,冯友兰《三松堂自序》、刘培育主编《金岳霖的回忆与回忆金岳霖》、钱穆《师友杂忆》等回忆录相继出版。这些回忆录对西南联大的历史和人事进行了集中回忆,也对西南联大的人际交往和学术研究进行了重现,用文学表达的方式建构了作为"镜像"的西南联大。在一定程度上,他们的回忆录不仅丰富了中国当代文学的表达空间,也推动了20世纪90年代兴起的"西南联大热",彰显了西南联大在中国现代文化史、高等教育史上的独特性和重要性。

The 1980 s saw the publication of a number of memoirs like Feng Youlan’s Preface to the Three-Pine Pavilion,Liu Peiyu(edi)’s Memory and Memoir of Jin Yuelin,and Qian Mu’s Reminiscences of My Teachers and Friends,which all recalled the history and the celebrities of the Southwest United University,and reconstructed,in literary terms,the"mirror image"of the university and its people-to-people relationship and academic milieu.In a sense,these memoirs not only enlarged the scope of vision for contemporary Chinese literature,but also helped to usher in the"zeal for studies of the Southwest United University"which was to come in the 1990 s.This in its turn highlighted the important role the university has played in shaping China’s modern culture and higher education.
