基于“城市修补”理念的厦门鹭江道改造可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Xiamen Lujiang Road Reconstruction Based on the Concept of “Urban Renovation and Ecological Restoration”

本文立足于现代城市发展与国家政策现状,通过对厦门鹭江道城市空间与交通疏散等方面的分析,认为以人为主导才是城市保证街道活力的核心。本文梳理了鹭江道过往数次的堤岸改造工程,并重点分析了未能施行的2009年改造方案。在此方案的基础上,基于"城市修补"理念,对该路段的地面空间进行再设计探讨,以期在缓解交通紧张的同时,达到重塑厦门市鹭江道街道活力的目标。

Based on the development of modern cities and the status quo of national policies, this paper holds that people-orientation is the core of stimulating the vitality of streets through the analysis on urban space and traffic evacuation of Lujiang Road in Xiamen. In this paper, the process of revamping the embankment of Lujiang Road in the past is organized, and the revamping plan of 2009 which was not implemented is emphatically analyzed. On the basis of this scheme, the ground space in this area is redesigned and discussed based on the concept of "urban renovation and ecological restoration" in order to achieve the goal of stimulating the vitality of Lujiang Road in Xiamen while easing traffic congestion.
