近现代工业遗产的演变历程与保护再利用研究——以晨光1865创意产业园为例

Research on the Evolution, Protection and Reutilization of Modern Industrial Heritage——A Case of 1865 Creative Science Technology Park

工业遗产作为厚重的历史文化资源和重要的产业革新物质载体,如何对其进行科学保护与合理利用,以延续历史风貌和保持工业建筑的固有价值,成为当下我国遗产保护事业的重要课题。文章以晨光1865创意产业园为例,详细分析了园区晚清、民国和中华人民共和国成立后,不同阶段工业建筑的沿革、特征和重要价值,概括了我国近现代工业遗产的演变历程,并提出具有针对性的保护改造策略,为近现代工业遗产的保护与再利用提供借鉴与参考。

Industrial heritages are historical cultural resources and important carrier of industrial innovation.How to scientifically protect and rationally utilize the industrial heritages to continue its historical features and maintain its intrinsic value has become an important issue in the preservation of the heritage in China.Taking 1865 Creative Science Technology Park as an example,this paper analyzes the history,the characteristics and the values of the historical buildings in different periods,which are late Qing Dynasty,the period of the Republic of China and the period after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,summarizes the evolution of modern industrial heritage in our country,and puts forward targeted protection and renovation strategies.This paper provides a reference for the protection and reutilization of modern industrial heritage.
