摘要
既有工业建筑改造再利用是当前城市存量更新活化的重点。本文以厦门沙坡尾艺术西区为例,运用空间句法及触媒理论分析其改造后空间形态,并结合实地调研印证其计算结果,提出工业历史存量空间改造更新活化策略:适当开放园区边界,依据整合度调整园区空间布局,促进沙坡尾片区联动发展,同时功能的置入应契合本地文化,合理整合周边产业资源,以期为厦门工业遗存空间更新活化利用下一步工作的开展奠定坚实的基础。
The transformation and reuse of the existing industrial buildings is the focus of the current urban stock renewal and activation.Taking Shapowei Art zone in Xiamen as an example,this paper uses space syntax and catalyst theory to analyze the spatial form of the transformation,and combines with field investigation to confirm its calculation results.Finally,this paper proposes the renewal and activation strategy for the transformation of industrial historical stock space:opening the park boundary appropriately,adjusting the spatial layout of the park according to the degree of integration,and promoting the joint development of Shapowei area.At the same time,the function placement should be integrated with the local culture and the surrounding industrial resources should be rationally integrated,in order to lay a solid foundation for the space renewal,activation and utilization of the industrial remains in Xiamen.
