西安高校公寓建筑节能经济分析计算

摘要 随着高等教育的普及化,各高校规模也逐渐扩大,随之建设了许多高校公寓。高校公寓作为需要大量新建的建筑类型,需要改变高投入、高能耗的建设现状。研究结合西安某学生公寓的设计,根据当地气候特征及建筑的具体特点,选择适宜的节能技术应用于工程。使用斯维尔节能设计软件计算建筑能耗,并以工程经济评价理论为基础,建立工程经济学分析模型,对节能技术措施进行技术经济指标分析。计算动态投资回收期,得出节能措施投资在12年内即可收回。从建筑全寿命周期的角度考察项目在经济上的可行性,为绿色建筑的技术方案比选提供科学的参考,对建筑节能技术的推广起到了积极作用。 With the popularization of higher education,the scale of universities has gradually expanded,and many student apartments have been built.As a newly-built building type,it is necessary to change the construction status of high input and high energy consumption of the student apartments.This paper combines the design of a student apartment in Xi’an to select appropriate energy-saving technologies for engineering based on local climate characteristics and specific characteristics of the building.Using TH SWARE energy-saving software to calculate building energy consumption,based on engineering economic evaluation theory,this paper establishes an engineering economics analysis model,analyzes the technical and economic indicators of energy-saving technical measures,calculates the dynamic investment payback period,and concludes that the investment in energy saving measures can be recovered within 12 years.Investigating the economic feasibility of the project from the perspective of the entire construction life cycle,this paper provides a scientific reference for the selection of technical solutions for green buildings and plays an active role in the promotion of building energy-saving technologies.
