城市无障碍住房的适应性研究

Study on the Adaptability of Urban Barrier-Free Housing

文章基于无障碍设计和住宅适应性设计等相关理论,以青岛地区为研究对象,开展对无障碍住房和障碍者居住需求的实态调研,从障碍者现实需求的角度分析无障碍住房存在的问题,进而提出城市无障碍住房适应性研究策略,以期为城市无障碍住房的发展提供一定的理论依据和设计指导。

Based on relevant theories such as barrier-free design and residential adaptive design,taking Qingdao area as the research object,this paper conducts a field investigation on the housing needs of disabled people,analyzes the problems of barrier-free housing from the perspective of the actual needs of the disabled people,and then puts forward the adaptability research strategy for urban barrier-free housing,in order to provide a theoretical basis and design guidance for the development of urban barrier-free housing.
