城市老年建筑空间环境设计策略研究

Study on the Design Strategy of Space Environment for Urban Aged Buildings

随着城市化的发展,人们对生活环境提出了更高的要求,加上近年来中国老龄化人口数量迅速增长,这使得老年建筑的需求也在增大。老年建筑的室内外空间环境设计需要充分考虑老年人的真实需求。本文对老年建筑的室内外空间环境进行了分析,并结合老年建筑设计原则提出了相应的设计策略,以期推进老年建筑的发展。

With the continuous development of urbanization, people have put forward more requirements for the living environment. In addition, in recent years, the number of the aging population in China has increased rapidly, which makes the demand for aged buildings increase. The indoor and outdoor space environment design of the aged building should take full account of the real needs of the old people. In this paper, the indoor and outdoor space environment of the aged building is analyzed, and the design strategy is put forward according to the design principle of the aged building, in order to promote the development of the aged building.
