旧城更新背景下传统骑楼的适应性再利用——以梧州骑楼城的保护利用示范区设计为例

Adaptive Reuse of Traditional Arcades in the Context of Old City Renewal——A Case of the Design of the Protection and Utilization Demonstration Area of Wuzhou Arcade City

梧州骑楼城是中国规模最大的骑楼建筑群,具有很高的文化特色价值。然而,随着现代城市发展,骑楼城面临着衰败闲置、安全隐患等问题。本文在骑楼文化街区整体提升改造更新背景下,结合试点项目探索了骑楼建筑类型适应性再利用的更新措施,填补了国内骑楼类建筑改造的理论空白。

Wuzhou Arcade City is the largest arcade building complex in China with high cultural value.However,with the development of modern cities,the riding city faces problems such as idleness and hidden dangers.In the context of the overall upgrading and renovation of the Arcade Cultural District,this paper explores the updating measures of the adaptive reuse of the building type in combination with the pilot project,and fills the theoretical gap in the renovation of the domestic arcade buildings.
