基于多元主体参与的村镇开发价值认知辨析与实施方法探讨——以江苏省蒋坝镇开发为例

Exploration on Value Recognition and Implementation Path of Township Development Based on the Participation of Plural Groups——A Case of the Development of Jiangba Town in Jiangsu

本文在乡村振兴战略背景下,首先指出现阶段研究与实践的不足之处,引出了村镇共同开发体的概念。然后从中观层面出发,基于多元主体参与的开发模式讨论了村镇开发的价值认知与实施方法,并以江苏省蒋坝镇及周边村庄为例,将村镇开发从行政事件或商业事件拓展为社会事件,为探讨国内村镇开发课题提供了新的角度与思路。

In the context of rural revitalization strategy, this paper firstly points out the inadequacies of research and practice at the current stage, and puts forward the concept of township co-development. Then, from the median level, based on the participation of plural groups, the value cognition and implementation methods of township development are discussed. Taking Jiangba Town in Jiangsu as an example, township development is expanded from administrative events or business events into social events, which provides new perspective and ideas for exploring township development in our country.
