基于经济适用和本土适应的欠发达地区农村厕所改造研究——以皮山县乔达乡兰干村为例

Research on Rural Toilet Renovation in Underdeveloped Areas Based on Economic Applicability and Local Adaptation——A Case of Lan’gan Village in Qiaoda Town, Pishan County

厕所环境问题一直是农村人居环境整治中的重点和难点。良好的厕所环境对于农民生活质量的改善和防止疫病污染意义重大。本文梳理了我国农村卫生无害化厕所的普及过程,分析了欠发达地区农村厕所改造所面临的问题和需求;通过对和田地区皮山县乔达乡兰干村的厕所改造项目的实例分析,以经济适用和本土适应为视角,提出了欠发达地区厕所改造的理念和策略。

The problem of toilet environment has always been the key and difficulty in rural living environment improvement.A good toilet environment is of great significance to the improvement of farmers’quality of life and the prevention of epidemic diseases.In this paper,the popularization process of sanitary and harmless toilets in rural areas in China is summarized,and the problems and demands of rural toilet reconstruction in underdeveloped areas are analyzed.Based on the case study of the toilet reconstruction project in Lan’gan village,Qiaoda town,Pishan county,Hetian district,this paper puts forward the idea and strategy of toilet reconstruction in underdeveloped areas from the perspective of economic applicability and local adaptation.
