整体设计观导向下的校园更新与空间整合——以宁化城东中学规划设计项目为例

摘要 校园是兼具使用功能与人文精神的生活场所,随着社会认知的进步及教学模式的现代化,需要大量建筑师参与到校园建筑更新的实践当中,整体设计观作为建筑设计指导思想,能够在校园更新实践中通过建筑、地景与规划三位一体的综合设计,建立起人与环境、新旧建筑、空间实体与文脉之间的关联性。本文以宁化城东中学规划设计项目为例,探讨整体设计观在校园建筑更新与空间整合中的运用,试图为当下类似的建筑实践提供具有参考意义的设计思路。 The campus is a place of life with both using functions and humanistic spirits. With the advancement of social cognition and the modernization of teaching models, a large number of architects are required to participate in the practice of campus building renewal. Being the guiding ideology of the architectural design, the overall design concept can establish the correlation between human and environment, new and old buildings, spatial entities and contexts through the comprehensive design of integrating the architecture, landscape and planning in the campus renewal practice. Taking the planning and design project of Ninghua Chengdong Middle School as an example, this paper explores the application of the overall design concept in campus building renewal and space integration, and tries to provide design ideas as a reference for similar architectural practices.
