城市生态小区微气候与建筑环境模拟软件应用研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 我国城镇化的快速发展推动着城市建设步伐加快,随之而来的城市生态环境问题日益受到人们的关注。如何定量地评估城市生态环境与建筑环境的交互影响,在设计时期高效地指导城市生态小区规划和建筑设计,是设计师追寻的目标。现有的环境影响评估大都针对方案采用软件模拟的方式,并基于软件模拟的结果,提出相应的设计策略,以此进行方案对比优化,指导设计。本文针对当前常用的环境模拟软件,基于现有的文献进行结构化综述,研究表明,作为环境评估工具的各模拟软件,有其自身优劣,未来模拟软件的发展应该具有更多的兼容性和智能化。广泛应用模拟软件,对于定量指导生态城市建设和建筑设计具有实际意义。更重要的是,城市生态居住小区微气候与建筑环境软件协同使用,即基于生态小区微气候模拟结果的建筑环境模拟的应用,将更准确的结果反馈给方案设计,无疑是实现城市生态小区建设和建筑节能减排的优先途径。 With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the pace of urban construction is accelerated,and the urban ecological environment problems have been paid more and more attention.How to quantitatively evaluate the interaction between urban ecological environment and architectural environment,and efficiently guide urban ecological community planning and architectural design during the design period,is the goal pursued by designers.Most of the existing environmental impact assessments are aimed at the application of software simulation methods,and based on the results of software simulation,the corresponding design strategies are put forward,so as to compare and optimize the schemes and guide the design.In view of the commonly used environmental simulation software,based on the structured literature review,this paper shows that the simulation software used in environmental evaluation has its own advantages and disadvantages,and the future development of simulation software should be more compatible and intelligent.The extensive application of simulation software is of practical significance for quantitative guidance of ecological city construction and architectural design.More importantly,the coordinate utilization of microclimate and building environment software in urban ecological residential areas,that is,the application of building environment simulation based on microclimate simulation results of residential areas,feedback more accurate results to the scheme design,and is undoubtedly a priority way to realize ecological urban residential areas,building energy conservation and emission reduction.
