The Practice of Sharing Architecture and City in Singapore——A Case of Next Generation of the HDB Projects

文章通过对新加坡新一代公共住房(组屋)项目案例的调研和分析,重点关注其设计中体现的共享建筑学理念,从组屋社区结合共享养老服务设施、共享绿化、共享社区中心三个方面,分析共享建筑学理念在建筑和城市设计中的应用,为共享建筑学实践提供参考。同时,分析如何通过设计实现共享建筑学理念,推动建筑类型学发展,引导新的生活方式,成为未来城市发展的导向。

This paper focuses on the concept of sharing architecture reflected in the design of new generation of the public housing(HDB)in Singapore by investigation and analysis.This paper analyzes the application of the sharing architecture concept in architecture and urban design from the aspects of sharing senior service facilities,sharing green space and sharing community center to provide a reference for the practice of sharing architecture.At the same time,it analyzes how to realize the concept of the sharing architecture through design and to promote the development of architectural typology.The concept of sharing architecture leads new lifestyles,and guides the urban development in future.
