摘要 文章基于夏季高温环境下的EPS外墙外保温系统界面温度试验,研究夏季高温环境下EPS外墙外保温系统的界面温度及高温分布情况。结果表明,夏季高温时段,当环境最高温度为51.9℃时,EPS外表层最高温度可达88.6℃,EPS板内外表面温度最大温差可达38.7℃,保温层两侧温度差异较大。除北向试样外,其余朝向试样EPS外表层及饰面表层均出现70℃以上的高温。 Based on the interface temperature test of EPS exterior wall insulation system under high temperature environment in summer,the interface temperature and high temperature distribution of EPS exterior wall insulation system in summer high temperature environment were studied.The results show that the highest temperature of EPS outer surface layer can reach 88.6℃when the maximum ambient temperature is 51.9℃in summer,the maximum temperature difference between the inner and outer surface of EPS plate can reach 38.7℃,and the temperature difference between the two sides of the insulation layer is large.Except for the north face,the other faces of the EPS outer surface of the sample and the surface of the finish surface all have a high temperature above 70℃.
