中药通过EMT调节肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的作用机制进展

Advances in the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating invasion and metastasis of tumor cells by EMT

上皮-间质转化(EMT)是实体癌分化转移过程中的关键步骤。研究显示,EMT与多种信号通路及转录因子有关。因此,寻找EMT的相关影响因子作为肿瘤侵袭转移的治疗靶点,对于癌症的预防和治疗具有重要作用。本文以EMT过程的分子机制为出发点,概述中药通过EMT调节肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的发生与发展,有利于寻找EMT过程的治疗靶点,从而为肿瘤恶性发展提供新的治疗思路和方向。

Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is a key step in the process of differentiation and metastasis of solid cancer.Studies have shown that EMT is involved in a variety of signaling pathways and transcription factors.Therefore,finding the relevant influencing factors of EMT as the therapeutic targets of tumor invasion and metastasis plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of cancer.This paper takes the molecular mechanism of EMT process as the starting point,the development and progression of tumor cell invasion and metastasis regulated by EMT are reviewed.It is beneficial to find therapeutic targets for EMT process,thus providing new therapeutic ideas and directions for malignant tumor development.
