摘要 建立了HNO3-HF-H2O2石墨消解体系,并且采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铅和镉的含量。结果表明采用本方法解土壤样品,铅和镉测定的准确度、精密度均良好。同时,本方法具有消解时间短、无高氯酸、操作简便、对实验人员危害小等优点。 The HNO3-HF-H2O2 graphite digestion system was established,and lead and cadmium in soil were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results showed that the accuracy and precision of the determination of lead and cadmium in soil samples by this method were good,and the method had the advantages of short digestion time,no perchloric acid,simple operation and little harm to the experimenter.
