阐述了餐饮业污染产生和排放、能源消耗、水消耗的特点,以实际投入和绩效数据,分析餐饮企业实施审核的经济负担,估算餐饮业清洁生产审核的平均绩效值,探索利用企业实际绩效引导、提高清洁生产审核的实施水平,为全国餐饮企业开展清洁生产审核提供借鉴和参考。
This paper expounds the characteristics of pollution generation and emission,energy consumption and water consumption in catering industry,analyzes the economic burden of the implementation of the audit,estimates the average performance value of the cleaner production audit in catering industry based on the actual input and performance data,explores the use of the actual performance of enterprises to guide and improve the implementation level of cleaner production audit,so as to provide a reference for the national catering enterprises to carry out cleaner production audit Identification and reference.
