A Review of Domestic Studies on International Sci-tech Cooperation in the Context of the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议背景下的国际科技合作是过去七年来国内学者研究的一个重要课题。文献研究表明:目前,国内国际科技合作研究主要集中于开展国际科技合作的必要性和重要性、模式与机制、现状与问题以及促进国际科技合作的策略与路径四个方面。这些研究促进了国际科技合作理论的发展,同时也为地方政府、企业、高校、科研院所进一步开展国际科技合作提供了新的启示。但目前的研究也存在研究内容相对集中、研究的广度与深度不够、研究方法不够严谨、研究角度单一等突出问题,需要在今后的研究中加以改进。

Over the past seven years,International Sci-tech Cooperation(ISTC) in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative has remained an important research topic for domestic scholars. The literature review leads to the finding that current domestic research on ISTC has mainly focused on such aspects as necessity and significance of ISTC, modes and mechanism of ISTC, status quo of ISTC in China and the existing problems, and ways to promote ISTC. These studies on ISTC not only help to develop the ISTC theory but also provide new perspectives for the local governments, enterprises, universities and research institutions as to how to carry out ISTC effectively. However, a few conspicuous problems exist in current studies, such as research on the same topics by many researchers, insufficient research on some important aspects of ISTC, disproportionate use of empirical and non-empirical study methods, few studies conducted on enterprises, universities and research institutions. Suggestions are also put forward for future studies as to how the situation can be improved.
