2种罕见沙门氏菌亚种的菌落形态与生化特征研究

摘要 沙门氏菌亚利桑那亚种及双相亚利桑那亚种是沙门菌属中较为罕见的2个亚种,鉴定较为困难。研究依据食品安全国家标准中的沙门氏菌检验方法从形态学和生物化学2个方面对1株沙门氏菌亚利桑那亚种和1株双相亚利桑那亚种标准菌株进行鉴定,旨在为较难鉴定的沙门菌株亚种的食品微生物检验提供参考。结果表明:2个亚种菌株在一些常用选择性琼脂培养基上的菌落形态与典型肠道沙门氏菌存在较大差异,其生化鉴定项目中的ONPG项结果也不同于典型肠沙门,对于缺乏相关经验的检验人员,极易错判,造成漏检,需给予重视。 Salmonella enterica ssp arizonae and Salmonella enterica ssp diarizonae are two rare subspecies of Salmonella that are hard to be detected.In this article we identified a Salmonella enterica ssp arizonae standard strain and a Salmonella enterica ssp diarizonae standard strain,according to national standard GB4789.4—2016.The results showed there are obvious differences of colony morphology between the two Salmonella subspecies and the typical intestinal Salmonella on the commonly used selective agar culture-media.Biochemical test results also showed ONPG difference between them.Inspectors should pay attention to these differences that they are easy to misjudge or failed to detect due to lacking relevant knowledge.
