乡村振兴背景下湖南乡村民宿高质量发展对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of High Quality Development of Rural Homestay in Hunan Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

回顾了乡村民宿的相关研究,对湖南乡村民宿的发展现状特点进行分析总结,指出其存在低端民宿成消费主流、开发模式以“点状”开发为主和盲目跟风现象明显等问题。最后,就促进湖南省乡村旅游高质量发展,从加强文化创意与规划设计、整合资源、实现产业融合等方面提出对策建议,具体包括加强民宿设施设计与改造,提升乡村特色韵味;加强培训,进一步提高乡村民宿从业人员素质;整合资源,实现一二三产业融合;融入文化内涵,彰显地方特色;提倡“共享互助”的差异化理念,增加新客源;建立行业准入体系,提升民宿经营者自身的生存软实力。

This paper reviews the concept and related research of rural homestay,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the development of rural homestay in Hunan Province,and points out that there are some problems such as the mainstream of low-end homestay,the main development mode of"point"development,and the obvious phenomenon of blind follow-up of homestay.Finally,in order to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism in Hunan Province,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening cultural creativity and planning and design,integrating resources,and realizing industrial integration,including strengthening the design and transformation of homestay,and enhancing the charm of rural characteristics;strengthening the training to further improve the quality of rural residents;integrating resources to realize the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,integrating cultural connotation to highlight local characteristics,promoting the concept of"sharing and mutual assistance"to increase new customers,and establishing the industry access system to improve the survival soft power of the operators.
