影响农户参与农民合作社决策行为的因素分析——以新疆第六师102团葵花籽种植农户为例

Analysis of Factors Influencing Farmers’ Participation in Decision-Making Behavior of Farmers’ Cooperatives——Taking Sunflower Planting Farmers in 102th Regiment of the Sixth Division of Xinjiang as an Example

目前我国农业组织化经营还存在对农业的支持作用有限、农户的参与度不高等问题。基于交易成本理论,通过对新疆第六师102团葵花籽种植农户的调查,发现农产品的生产经营规模、交易成本和当地农民合作社的发展阶段对农户参与农民合作社决策行为具有重要影响。基于结论,建议政府根据当地农民合作社发展所处的实际阶段,认真评估农户生产经营规模和交易成本对于农业组织化的依赖程度,引导农户对农民合作社的积极参与。

At present,there are still some problems in China's agricultural organization management,such as limited support to agriculture and low participation of farmers.Based on the theory of transaction cost,through the investigation of sunflower seed farmers in 102 regiment of the Sixth Division in Xinjiang,it is found that the scale of production and operation of agricultural products,transaction cost and the development stage of local farmers'cooperatives have an important impact on farmers'participation in decision-making behavior of farmers'cooperatives.Based on the conclusion,it is suggested that the government should carefully evaluate the dependence of farmers'production and operation scale and transaction cost on agricultural organization according to the actual development stage of local farmers'cooperatives,and guide farmers to actively participate in farmers'cooperatives.
