Objective To explore the effect of adopting the self-help cardiac rehabilitation guidance for the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing interventional therapy. Methods Ninety-six patients with AMI treated by interventional therapy in the hospital from September 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and study group by adopting the stage random sampling method,48 cases in each group. The control group conducted the routine health guidance, while the study group were added with the self-help cardiac rehabilitation guidance on the basis of the routine health guidance. The rehabilitation guidance effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the reversible risk factors such as low density lipoprotein(LDL),cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, heart rate and body mass index(BMI)were well controlled within 12 weeks after discharge in the study group, and the poor lifestyles such as smoking and lack of exercise were improved. The medication compliance was better than that of the control group, and the onset times of angina pectoris were significantly decreased. Conclusion The self-help cardiac rehabilitation guidance has a positive effect on the cardiac rehabilitation of the patients with AMI treated by interventional therapy,it is simple and easy to use,and is worth popularizing and using in clinical nursing.
