国内教师教学能力研究的现状、不足与展望——以著作为考察对象

The Current Situation,Deficiencies and Prospects of Teachers’ Teaching Ability:Taking Academic Works as the Subject of Investigation

对涉及教学能力的著作进行梳理后发现,有关教学能力的研究大致可分为五个方面:教学能力内涵研究、教学能力性质和特点研究、教学能力结构研究、教学能力影响因素研究和教学能力发展研究。以此为基础,研究指出当前著作中有关教学能力研究存在的不足,并认为未来此领域应该从加强教学能力本体研究、深化教学能力结构研究、扩大教学能力研究视野、加强教学能力实证研究和开发精准的教学能力评价体系等五个方面展开。

After a review on the academic works concerning teaching ability,it is found that studies on teaching ability focus on five themes:its connotation,its nature and characteristics,its structure,its influencing factors and its development.Based on this,the paper points out the deficienciesin current research on teaching ability,and believes that in the future,improvement of teaching ability should be pursued in the following five aspects:ontology research,teaching ability structure,research perspective,empirical research and accurate teaching ability evaluation system.
