摘要
在以MMC为核心构建的高压直流输电系统中,因桥臂电感过热或过流等造成的短路故障会破坏系统的稳定运行。本文对MMC的单相上桥臂电感短路故障进行数学建模,推导故障后的MMC环流、传输功率、直流侧电压和直流侧电流等变量的解析表达式,并利用Matlab/Simulink仿真试验进行了验证。进而比较3种桥臂电感短路故障的特性,指出故障主要表现为直流侧电压和电流的轻微振荡、MMC环流的剧烈振荡和传输功率的轻微震荡。
In a high-voltage direct-current(HVDC)transmission system based on modular multi-level converter(MMC),the short-circuit fault of bridge arm inductor caused by overheating or overcurrent will destroy the stable opera⁃tion of the system.In this paper,a mathematical model for the single-phase upper bridge arm inductor under short-cir⁃cuit fault is built,and the analytical expressions for variables such as MMC circumfluence,transmission power,DC voltage and DC current after fault are derived.In addition,the results are verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulations.Furthermore,the characteristics of bridge arm inductor under three kinds of short-circuit fault are compared,indicating that the fault is mainly characterized by the light oscillations of DC voltage and DC current,the violent oscillations of MMC circumfluence,and the light oscillations of transmission power.
