摘要
获得感,是一种带有满足的收获感,与成人高等教育主客观相统一的质量要求相吻合。获得感通过强调“所获”和“所需”的一致,体现“即时”和“发展”的共存,实现“横向”和“纵向”同构,充分体现了学习者与教育供给之间全面且深入的联系,赋予成人高等教育质量全新内涵。同时,其表现出的构成层次性、结果导向性和评价动态性的现实特征,也为成人高等教育获得感生成明确了阶段性方向:从自我怀疑向地位自信转变;从供给为主向需求导向转变;从被动迎合向激发潜能转变。
The sense of gaining,a sense of gain with satisfaction,is consistent with the quality requirements of subjectivity and objectivity unification in adult higher education.By emphasizing the consistency of"the gained"and"the needed",it embodies the coexistence of"instantaneity"and"development",and realizes the"horizontal"and"vertical"isomorphism.The sense of gai-ning fully reflects the comprehensive and in depth relationship between leamers and education supply,and endows the quality of adult higher education with a new connotation.At the same time,it is characterized by the reality of hierarchy,the results-orien-ted and dynamic evaluation,clarifying the phased direction for the generation of the gaining sense in adult higher education:chan-ging from self-doubt to status-confidence,from the supply-oriented to the demand-oriented,and from passive pandering to motivating potential.
