急诊医护人员心肺复苏的认知现况及影响因素分析

Cognitive status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and analysis of its influencing factors in emergency medical staff

目的探讨急诊医护人员心肺复苏认知现况及影响因素。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月我院急诊医护人员64名为研究对象,采取横断面调查方式对我院急诊医护人员心肺复苏的认知现况及影响因素进行调查。结果我院急诊医护人员对心肺复苏的认知现况整体有待提升。多因素logistic回归分析显示,工作年限、是否参加过心肺复苏培训及心肺复苏实际接触频次是影响我院急诊医护人员实施心肺复苏的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论我院急诊医护人员实施心肺复苏的影响因素较多,应定期对我院急诊医护人员进行心肺复苏专业知识及技能的培训,使其更加全面、及时了解心肺复苏最新动态和技术,熟练掌握心肺复苏新理论和新知识,形成全新的急救理念和意识,不断提升急救技术和认知水平,提高急诊抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the cognitive status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR) and its influencing factors in emergency medical staff.Methods To select 64 emergency medical staff in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 as the study subjects,and a cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the cognitive status and influencing factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our emergency medical staff. Results The overall awareness of CPR among our emergency medical staff needs to be improved. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the years of working,whether they had participated in CPR training and the actual touching frequency of CPR were the independent risk factors affecting the implementation of CPR in emergency medical staff of our hospital( P < 0. 05). Conclusion There were many influential factors in the implementation of CPR in emergency medical staff of our hospital. The emergency medical staff of our hospital should be regularly trained for CPR expertise and skills to make them more comprehensive and timely understand the latest developments and techniques of CPR,and to be proficient new CPR theories and new knowledge,form a new concept and awareness of first aid,continuously improve the level of first aid technology and cognition,and improve the success rate of emergency rescue.
