家庭远程康复护理在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of family remote rehabilitation nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury

目的探讨家庭远程康复护理在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的150例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施家庭远程康复护理,比较两组患者运动能力、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后,试验组运动能力、日常生活能力及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论对颅脑损伤患者应用家庭远程康复护理能有效提高运动能力、日常生活能力及生活质量,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of family remote rehabilitation nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods To select 150 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a test group and a control group by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the test group was treated with family remote rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,and the two groups of patients were compared for their exercise capacity,activity of daily living and quality of life. Results After intervention,the exercise capacity,activity of daily living and quality of life scores in the test groupwere higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of family remote rehabilitation nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury could effectively improve exercise capacity,activity of daily living and quality of life,and improve prognosis,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
