慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后嗅觉水平评估与影响因素分析

Evaluation of olfactory level and analysis of its influencing factors in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后影响嗅觉水平恢复的因素,并采取相应防范护理干预措施。方法选取我院2015年4月至2019年1月收治的128例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉择期手术患者为研究对象,术后通过评价标准进行嗅觉水平评估。结果术后12周,27例患者存在不同程度嗅觉功能障碍,多因素分析显示,过敏、病变部位、吸烟为影响患者术后嗅觉水平的独立危险因素。结论护理人员应针对影响患者术后嗅觉水平的因素,术前与医师拟订差异化治疗方案,并在术后指导患者进行相应功能转归训练,促进嗅觉功能恢复。

Objective To explore the factors affecting the recovery of olfactory level after endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps,and to take corresponding preventive nursing interventions. Methods We selected 128 cases of patients with elective surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2019 as the study subjects,and the olfactory level was evaluated by evaluation criteria after surgery. Results About 12 weeks after operation,27 cases of patients had different degrees of olfactory dysfunction. Multivariate analysis showed that allergies,lesions location,and smoking were independent risk factors affecting patients’ postoperative olfactory level. Conclusion Nursing staff should develop a differential treatment plan with the physician before surgery based on the factors affecting the patient’s postoperative olfactory level,and guide patients to perform corresponding functional regression training after surgery to promote the recovery of olfactory function.
