外泌体在骨肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress of exosomes in bone tumors

骨恶性肿瘤具有独特的解剖学、生理病理学特征,可促进癌症转移,尤其是实体瘤,包括前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肾脏癌和肺癌的癌转移。外泌体的活动在骨肿瘤细胞与其微环境的信息传递过程中发挥了重要作用,骨肿瘤细胞分泌的外泌体(即肿瘤外泌体)成分特殊,可以用作肿瘤检测的生物标记物。本研究就外泌体的生物学特点及外泌体与骨肿瘤的早期诊断、骨肿瘤微环境、骨肿瘤侵袭及转移、骨肿瘤的免疫进行综述。

Malignant bone cancer has unique anatomical,physiological and pathological characteristics,which can promote cancer metastasis,especially metastasis of solid tumor,including prostate cancer,breast cancer,kidney cancer and lung cancer.Exosomes play an important role in the process of information transmission between bone tumor cells and their microenvironment.Exosomes secreted by bone tumor cells(tumor exosomes)have special components and can be used as biomarkers for tumor detection.This study reviews the biological characteristics of exosomes and relationship between exosomes and early diagnosis of bone tumors,microenvironment of bone tumors,invasion and metastasis of bone tumors,and immunity of bone tumors.
