摘要
文章研究器件管脚上连接线的断裂故障,首先介绍产品的结构,从原材料问题、工艺方法问题、操作失误,工具选择正确性等方面进行分析,并结合仿真实验,确定是在振动过程中电路板产生形变与导线根部干涉,引起导线受力疲劳断裂。通过涂胶固定产品中间部位改变产品的谐振频率降低振幅;将导线抬高焊接避免振动时与电路板干涉受力;去掉导线上的涂覆料,确保导线有活动空间。应用于生产中,避免了导线再次断裂,取得了良好的效果。
The article studies the breakage of the connection lines on the device pins.First,the structure of the product is introduced.It is analyzed from the aspects of raw material problems,process problems,operation errors,and tool selection correctness,and combined with simulation experiments,it is determined that it is printed during the vibration process.The deformation of the plate causes interference with the root of the wire,which causes the wire to fatigue and break.Fix the middle part of the product by glue to change the resonance frequency of the product and reduce the amplitude;raise the wire to weld it to avoid interference with the printed board when it is vibrating;remove the coating on the wire to ensure that the wire has space for movement.It is used in production to avoid the wire from breaking again and achieves good results.
