基于齿条啮合的螺杆钻具定转子造型设计理论 被引量:1

摘要 用传统的线型设计方法设计的定转子轮廓线在摆线弧和圆弧连接处不平滑,该部位在运行过程中不断磨损定子橡胶,会加速橡胶衬套的损坏,缩短螺杆钻具的使用寿命。而基于齿条啮合方法的定转子造型设计不仅可以克服传统线型的造型缺点,而且还可设定更多参数,获得的线型也更加多样,除了用于螺杆钻具定转子线型外,还可供其他螺杆式水力机械使用。为此,利用数学分析方法详细论述了螺杆钻具定子及其啮合转子的线型生成过程,得到了不同参数下的定子及其共轭转子线型的参数方程,可通过基本参数对定转子线型进行精细控制。比较了不同水平偏移量下定子线型的变化情况,阐述了该参数对线型的影响。研究结果可为螺杆式水力机械定转子线型设计提供参考。 The stator and rotor contour designed by the traditional line pattern design method is not smooth at the joint of the cycloidal arc and the arc,where the stator rubber is continuously worn during operation,which will accelerate the damage of the rubber bushing and shorten the PDM service life.The stator and rotor design based on the rack gearing method not only can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional line pattern,but also can set more parameters to obtain more line patterns.In addition to the PDM stator and rotor line pattern,the line patterns could also be used in other screw hydraulic machines.The line pattern generation process of the PDM stator and its gearing rotor is discussed in detail by mathematical analysis method.The parametric equations of the stator and its conjugate rotor line pattern under different parameters are obtained.The basic parameters can be used to finely control the rotor line.The variation of the stator line pattern under different horizontal offsets is compared.The influence of horizontal offset on the line pattern is explained.The study results can provide references for screw-type hydraulic mechanical stator and rotor line design.
