摘要
要使同心双管射流泵排采技术获得较好的生产效果,还须合理配置射流泵泵芯结构参数、地面泵工作参数和井下管柱尺寸等工艺参数。鉴于此,在射流泵参数计算模型的基础上,综合考虑气井生产条件下管柱内流体流动摩阻、接箍处混合液流体压降损失、受产出气影响的油套环空井底流压及射流泵的特性方程等,建立了更加完整的同心双管射流泵排水采气工艺关键参数设计模型,并结合现场需求设计了3套参数计算方案,编制了设计软件。将计算结果与现场生产参数进行对比,并利用现场数据分析摩阻系数对计算结果的影响。计算分析结果表明,所建计算模型及设计软件可靠,计算结果与现场生产数据一致,但模拟时需根据所选泵芯有针对地选择摩阻系数,以使设计结果更加准确可靠。研究结果对于射流泵排采工艺技术的现场应用具有一定的参考价值。
The researches on the drainage and gas recovery technology of concentric dual-tubing jet pump mainly focus on the structural design of the jet pump core,or a brief introduction to the production process of jet pump.However,to obtain great production performance,the technology should be configured with optimal process parameters such as jet pump core structure parameters,ground pump operating parameters and downhole string size.In view of this,based on the calculation model of the jet pump parameters,comprehensive consideration is given to the fluid flow friction in the string,the fluid pressure drop loss of the mixed liquid at the coupling,the bottom hole flow pressure of tubing-casing annulus affected by the produced gas,and the jet pump characteristic equation under the gas well production conditions.A more complete design model for the key parameters of the concentric dual-tubing jet pump drainage and gas production process is established.Three sets of parameter calculation schemes according to the field requirements are designed.The design software is compiled.The calculation results are compared with the field production parameters.The impact of the friction coefficient on the calculation results is analyzed using field data.The calculation analysis results show that the calculation model and design software are reliable,proved by the calculation results consistent with the actual working conditions.However,the friction coefficient should be selected according to the selected pump core to make the design result more accurate and reliable.The study results could provide references for the application of jet pump drainage and gas recovery technology.
