摘要 基于胞元金属材料优良的冲击耗能性能,提出三种梁柱钢节点,分析芯料填充对钢节点冲击力学性能的影响。在现有试验的基础上,运用有限元分析软件,建立相应节点的计算模型,分别分析其在20m/s、50m/s和70m/s冲击工况下的变形模式、承载能力。通过节点核心区挠度、名义冲击应力和耗能效率来定量分析胞元金属填充钢节点的动力学响应。可以为极端工况下钢结构设计及灾后修复提供参考。 Based on the excellent impact energy dissipation performance of cellular metal materials, three kinds of beam-column steel joints are proposed, and the influence of core filling on impact mechanical properties of steel joints is analyzed. On the basis of the existing experiments, the calculation model of the corresponding nodes is established by using the finite element analysis software, and the deformation mode and bearing capacity of the nodes under 20 m/s, 50 m/s and 70 m/s impact conditions are analyzed respectively. The dynamic response of cellular metal filled steel joints is quantitatively analyzed by deflection, nominal impact stress and energy dissipation efficiency in the core area of the joints. This study can provide a reference for steel structure design and disaster repair under extreme working conditions.
