摘要
通过分析纯电动商用车动力电池系统的结构,研究了电池系统的故障及故障产生原因,通过传统静态故障树对电池系统故障进行了总结。并介绍了动态故障树分析法及其优势,并以此为例针对电池系统的冷却系统建立了相应动态故障树模型,为后续动力电池系统故障诊断分析提供了新方法。
This paper analyzes the structure of pure electric commercial vehicle power battery system,studies the faults of the battery system and the causes of the faults,and summarizes the battery system faults through the traditional static fault tree.The dynamic fault tree analysis method and its advantages are introduced.The dynamic fault tree model is established for the cooling system of the battery system.It provides a new method for fault diagnosis analysis of the subsequent power battery system.
