摘要
电动空调压缩机专用逆变系统是机电一体化产品。其逆变器依据正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)技术,主电路采用IGBT(绝缘栅门极双极性晶体管)模块,逆变管采用电力场效应晶体管。控制电路采用了数字集成电路。实现将电动汽车内的直流电压变换为电压、频率可调的三相正弦交流电压,带动压缩机运转。
The special inverter system of electric air conditioner compressor is electromechanical integration product.Its inverter is based on sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM) technology,the main circuit uses the IGBT(insulated gate pole bipolar transistor) module,and the inverter tube uses the power field effect transistor.The control circuit uses digital integrated circuits.The DC voltage in the electric vehicle is transformed into a three-phase sinusoidal AC voltage with adjustable voltage and frequency to drive the compressor operation.
