Application of Acrylic Foam Tape in Automotive Interior

在汽车内饰中,零部件的连接通常采用焊接,机械紧固,卡接和胶带粘结等四种常见的方式。文章简单介绍了几种连接方式的优缺点,从力学性能及对驾驶舱环境的影响(挥发性有机化合物和气味)两方面分析了丙烯酸泡棉胶带粘结替代其余三种连接方式的可行性,并简单介绍了丙烯酸泡棉胶带相比其他胶带的优点及其在汽车上的运用。

In auto interior trim,there are usually four kinds of methods that fix parts together,including welding,mechanical fastening,clip connection and tape attachment.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the four kinds of methods are illustrated,the feasibility of replacing the other three kinds of connection methods with acrylic foam tape attachment is analyzed in terms of mechanical property associated with effect on cockpit environment(VOC and Odor),the advantages of acrylic foam tape compared with other kinds of tape as well as its applications in auto are briefly introduced.
