DTI在颅脑胶质瘤术前分级中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨DTI对颅脑胶质瘤术前分级的临床应用价值,为胶质瘤术前分级及治疗提供参考依据。方法 :回顾性分析40例经手术证实的胶质瘤的常规MRI表现、DTI参数、病理及临床表现。结果:①高、低级别胶质瘤均可出现囊变坏死和瘤周围水肿,但两者发生率差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);②低级别胶质瘤患者的发病年龄较高级别胶质瘤患者低(P<0.05);③高级别胶质瘤的肿瘤实性部分、水肿区域的DTI参数(FA值及ADC值)与低级别肿瘤相应区域DTI参数差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:高、低级别胶质瘤的DTI表现有差异,提示DTI对颅内高低级别胶质瘤的术前分级具有重要临床价值。 Objective:To explore the value of DTI in differentiation of high grade of gliomas and low grade of gliomas,and to provide imaging evidences for classification therapeutic schedule. Methods:DTI features,pathological results and clinical and MRI manifestations of 40 patients with primary cerebral gliomas proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results:①The incidence rates of edema and cystic degeneration between high grade and low grade were not significant(both P> 0.05). ②The ages of onset of low grade gliomas groups were younger than that of high grade gliomas groups(P<0.05). ③The ADC values and FA values in the solid area and peritumoral edema area were significantly different between high and low grade gliomas groups(both P<0.05). Conclusion:DTI examination is valuable in preoperative classification and therapeutic schedule of gliomas.
