MRCP对胆囊管低位汇入及其相关并发症的诊断价值

Diagnositic value of 3D-MRCP of low confluence in cystic duct and its related complications

目的:探讨MRCP对胆囊管低位汇入诊断及相关并发症分析,以提高对该病的认识。方法 :回顾性分析107例经MRCP诊断为胆囊管低位汇入患者的MRI图像。结果 :107例中,平行汇入组27例(25.2%),螺旋汇入组80例(74.8%),2组胆囊结石及胆囊炎发病率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),胆总管结石、胰腺炎发病率差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。结论:MRCP在胆囊管低位汇入中有非常高的诊断价值,明确汇入分型可避免术中胆道损伤,指导相关并发症的预防。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 3 D-MRCP in low confluence of cystic duct and the analysis of related complications in order to improve the understanding level of the disease. Methods:A total of 107 patients with low confluence of cystic duct diagnosed by 3 D-MRCP were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results:Of the 107 patients,27 cases(25.2%)were in parallel confluence group and 80 cases(74.8%) in spiral confluence group. There were significant differences in cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis among the complications(P<0.05),no significant differences between choledocholithiasis and pancreatitis. Conclusions:3 D-MRCP has very high diagnostic value in low confluence cystic duct. Defining the type of confluence can guide the prevention of related complications and avoid intraoperative biliary tract injury.
