经食管超声心动图用于手术治疗肝细胞癌伴下腔静脉癌栓 被引量：1

Transesophageal echocardiography in surgical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with inferior vena cava tumor thrombi

摘要 肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)伴下腔静脉癌栓(inferior vena cava tumor thrombus,IVCTT)是HCC晚期表现,如不及时治疗,多数患者于确诊后1~5个月内死亡[1]。手术切除IVCTT可解除其所致肝静脉及下腔静脉(inferior vena cava,IVC)阻塞,防止发生肺动脉栓塞等[2]。本研究观察手术治疗IVCTT中采用经食管超声心动图(transesophageal echocardiography,TEE)实时动态观察癌栓的可行性。
