摘要
目的:研制用于锁芯互开率测试的自动化试验机。方法:通过传动特点分析和钥匙定位可行性分析确定机构总体方案,根据承受载荷的分析和计算确定关键零部件的尺寸和参数。结果:完成了设备结构的设计、控制系统的设计以及关键零部件参数的计算,关键零部件参数包括转台尺寸、螺旋副型号、各传动电机扭矩等参数。同时完成了设备的加工和调试。结论:通过对8批次样品的测试,设备运行正常。采用与人工测试对比的方法进行了测试验证,比对结果一致。
Aims: This paper aims to develop an automatic testing machine for testing the mutual opening rate of cylinder plugs. Methods: Based on the analysis of transmission characteristics and the feasibility of the positioning of the key, the mechanical structure was designed. Parameters of the main components were determined according to the calculation of the load. Results: The equipment structure and the control system were designed. The main component parameters including the dimensions of the turntable, the model of the screw pair, the torque of each drive motor, etc were calculated. The processing and debugging of the equipment were completed. Conclusions: Through the test of 8 batches of samples, the equipment operates nomally. The test result of the equipment is consistent to the manual test.
