摘要
介绍了泡核桃的种植和制油工艺等现状。根据后续核桃饼的不同用途,确定泡核桃制油工艺路线,对现阶段泡核桃生产加工中出现的问题进行了分析研究,并提出了改进方法。
The current situation of planting and oil processing technology of Juglans sigillata was introduced.According to the different uses of the subsequent walnut cakes,the oil processing technology was determined,and the problems occurred in the production and processing of Juglans sigillata at the present stage were analyzed and improved.
